Eugene Chiropractor’s Power Plate Gives You an Hour Workout in 15 Minutes

Not having enough time to exercise is a common complaint, but Absolute Wellness Center has the answer. Our Eugene chiropractor not only offers chiropractic services like spinal decompression and techniques to help heal an auto injury or other ailments, but we also have a workout facility with a Power Plate. The Power Plate can give you an hour workout in only 12 to 15 minutes.

Power Plate Monthly Special – Free Workouts with Punch Card Purchase

Our chiropractic office is running a special that lets you work out on the Power Plate in our convenient, roomy exercise facility – without the hassle and wait at the gym – at a discounted price. Get two extra visits with a 10-visit punch card for $25, or get four extra visits with a 20-visit punch card for $50. That would take your Power Plate workout to about $2 per session.

Absolute Wellness Center offers power plate exerciseIf you are not familiar with the Power Plate, both the design and concept are simple. The device consists of a vibrating plate attached to the base of the machine, along with a long column that houses the computerized controls. You control the speed and frequency of the vibrations based on the type of workout you want. Work on strength, balance, and core muscles with a lower frequency. Go for a higher frequency to stimulate circulation and receive a massage.

The plate’s vibrations transmit waves of energy which activate quick muscle contractions throughout your body. The contractions enhance your muscle performance, strength, and overall fitness. You don’t need to use weights on the Power Plate since the vibrations contract your muscles for you. The Power Plate is versatile and can support a standing workout or one that includes stretching, lunging, and squatting using a combination of the floor and the plate to focus on specific body areas. You can go for a full-body workout, target specific muscle groups, focus on strength, cardio, or a combination of both.

Have you ever tried the Power Plate? What do you love about it?
